The breakfast buffet had tons of choices and an omelet station. It was amazing!!! the location is very convenient, only a short walk to the train station. i had a very spacious king bed room. It felt very comfortable.
Housekeeping was not satisfactory one day. I returned at 5pm and the room was not made up.

my room was not ready until 5 pm on the day of arrival. the room cleaning happened after 4 pm with no turndown service offered. lotions were not replenished. some staff were nice, while others were rude. there were stains in the bathroom walls. everything felt old, dusty, and dirty. the room smelled of smoke. the room had a bad smell!!!

The customer service was disappointing. An employee, Martin Kopecek, did not treat customers with respect. The hotel is the worst Marriott I have stayed in, even compared to those in developing nations.

The staff was very helpful. Our breakfast was included. parkring has a great breakfast spread! all the major attractions are walkable. The staff was very helpful. they have a nice bar called cascade with an excellent bartender. we spent every evening unwinding after doing touristy things.
I stayed here for six nights. There were available junior and executive suites on marriott bonvoy app every day. on check in i was told none available, but also that i could pay for a suite upgrade! i am a titanium member. This hotel would rather keep it vacant, as i checked the app daily.

The check-in process was smooth. The staff was cute. I found the room clean and well kept, with a restful environment after a day of sightseeing. I felt at home immediately. Breakfast offered a wide selection with many choices to suit various tastes.
This inconvenience affected the overall experience. It added unnecessary delays to daily routines.
